Female 1:1 Support Worker – Independent Living & Community

Dimensions is seeking a Female Support Worker in Metheringham for a full-time role (37.5 hours). You will provide 1:1 support to a gentleman in his late fifties, helping with daily activities and community outings, while promoting independence. A UK manual driving licence is essential.

You will work on a rolling shift pattern, including weekends and sleep-ins, and you will be guided by values of dignity and person-centred care.
