Active Care Group is recruiting for Brownbill Case Management Services to deliver specialist case management for clients with neurological and complex injuries. You will work with the Clinical Lead, supervise case managers, and grow relationships with referrers to drive service growth.
The role is hybrid with head office in Thame and coverage across London, Home Counties, Essex, Kent, Midlands and the South.
