Support Worker: Help a Young Person Thrive & Socialise

Penderels Trust is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a young person with special needs, accompanying them to school and promoting independence and social engagement. The role involves assisting with personal care, mobility around daily activities, and encouraging socialisation and participation in sports and leisure.

You will build a trusting one-to-one relationship, support travel to activities, and report any accidents or hazards to ensure safety at all times.
