Banking Hub Customer Service Consultant – Cash & Payments

The Post Office is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for its Banking Hub branches. You will help customers with everyday banking, bill payments and more, delivering a consistently high level of service.

You will learn about government documents and Post Office rules, handle transactions, and assist customers with products such as mortgages, loans and pensions. Training is on-the-job with some classroom work.
