Arrears Recovery Specialist – Hybrid London

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an Income Collection Officer to join our Homes Team. You will undertake rent and service charge income collection for private rented sector and social housing residents, aiming to minimise current and arrears while maximising recovery.

You will work under the Income Manager, coordinate with housing management teams, and travel to our Chancery Lane office in London.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and a proactive approach to tenancy support.
