Nighttime Youth Support Officer – Wakeful Shifts

Wakeful Nights Support Officer (Fixed-Term, Part-Time) is based at our Swansea young persons accommodation service in Moriston. The role involves wakeful night shifts between 22:30 and 7:30 as part of a rolling rota.

You will provide emotional and practical support to young people aged 16-24, help maintain a safe and calm environment, and empower residents to progress toward independence and tenancy readiness in a supportive housing setting.
