SEND Team Leader: Student Support & Inclusion

Plymstock School is seeking a SEND Team Leader to oversee a year group caseload, coordinating support and ensuring high-quality provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice. The role requires collaboration with teachers, teaching assistants, and external agencies to track outcomes and implement a graduated response.

The Team Leader will manage team routines, contribute to CPD, and uphold safeguarding and inclusion across classrooms and interventions.
