The Cherwell School in Oxford seeks an inspirational Assistant Headteacher with a deep commitment to Inclusion. The appointee will act as the senior strategic lead for Inclusion, collaborating with the Assistant Headteacher (Teaching & Learning) to embed adaptive practice across faculties and to secure outstanding outcomes for all students, especially those with SEND and EAL.
