Contractor Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage Savills’ relationships with contractors across our lettings properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely invoicing. You will work closely with the lettings-related teams to drive value for landlords and tenants and to review lessons learned for process improvements. You’ll also deliver training to raise standards and support ongoing contractor performance. This is a hands-on, collaborative position in our Richmond offices with a clear impact on service quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship between Savills and contractor network to ensure quality workmanship
• Ensure compliance and health and safety across works at managed properties
• Coordinate timely invoice payments and financial reconciliation
• Review lessons learned and implement process improvements
• Deliver training to contractors and internal teams
• Collaborate with Tenancy Progression, Tenancy Support, Client Services, Property Management and Client Accounts teams
