Head of Year – Student Wellbeing Lead

Colmore Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Head of Year (Pastoral Lead) at a mainstream secondary school in Smethwick. You will lead pastoral care for a year group, supporting wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and progress, while working with leaders, staff, and families to create a safe and inclusive environment.

You will monitor progress, implement strategies to raise attainment, and collaborate with safeguarding teams to ensure students feel supported and empowered.
