Lead ML Engineering Manager for Financial Assistant AI

Cleo is building the world’s first AI financial assistant and seeks an ML Engineering Manager to lead the ML workstream behind our Financial Assistant, shaping how Cleo uses LLMs to enable more engaging, accurate conversations about money.

You will manage ML engineers across squads, own the headcount plan, and drive hiring and team development as Cleo grows. This is a leadership role in a fast-moving, unicorn environment.
