Therapy-Focused Children’s Home Manager

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand new centre in central Birmingham, West Midlands. The role covers pre-registration through to full commissioning with a therapy-based care model and requires strong Ofsted and regulatory knowledge.

You will oversee care delivery, inspections, policy compliance, SCR maintenance, and staff induction. A Level 5 Diploma or equivalent is required, with a competitive salary and substantial CPD support.
