Trauma-Informed Children’s Home Manager

Shaw Trust is seeking a Registered Manager for Gretton House, a new 3-bed specialist children’s home focused on exploitation, trauma and resilience. You will shape culture, drive safeguarding standards and oversee an Ofsted registration and opening journey.

You will recruit and inspire a brand-new team, working with senior leaders to create a centre of excellence for safeguarding and exploitation-informed practice, ensuring positive outcomes for vulnerable young people.
