Healthcare Facilities Supervisor – NHS Soft FM

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to join the South Facilities Team at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport. The role focuses on delivering high-quality soft FM services and leading in-house domestic teams to meet national cleanliness standards.

You will supervise Facilities Assistants, manage rotas, and ensure safe, clean environments for service users, staff and visitors across Stepping Hill and other South locality sites.
