Night Shift Lead – Dementia Care Excellence

Gloucester Charities Trust operates Magdalen House, a 29-bed residential care home for older people. The Shift Lead (Nights) role oversees an 8pm–8am shift on a 2-week rota, including alternate Saturday nights, ensuring high-quality care and smooth shift operations.

This position requires experience in medication administration and at least 12 months with older people, ideally as a Senior Carer, plus NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or progress toward it.
