Strategic Bid Manager for Complex Proposals

Linxon is seeking a Bid Manager in the UK to lead end-to-end bid and proposal processes, ensuring compliant, commercially robust, customer-focused submissions that support Linxon’s growth objectives. You will coordinate across commercial, engineering, operations and functional teams to govern bid development and submission.

The role requires managing ITT to tender, developing bid plans, governance approvals, and ensuring high quality, accurate submissions.
