Associ8 Solutions is recruiting a Senior Loyalty Manager to lead and develop its online customer loyalty strategy for a major UK retailer, owning the end‑to‑end loyalty proposition and driving retention, purchase frequency and customer lifetime value.

You will combine loyalty and CRM expertise with commercial and ecommerce experience, using customer data to shape segmentation, personalisation and ROI across the ecommerce journey, partnering with senior stakeholders.
