How you’ll make an impact
You’ll play a key role in delivering projects focused on:

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be trusted to manage multiple projects, influence key stakeholders and drive meaningful change across the site.

What you’ll bring
- Degree, HNC or HND qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or a related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience delivering CAPEX projects within a manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG, food, beverage or dairy.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, contractors and project risks.
- Experience working within live operational environments and delivering projects with minimal business disruption.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and engineering design software such as AutoCAD.
- A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
