Hybrid Compliance Manager for Lloyd’s & Regulators

Apollo is seeking a Compliance Manager to act as a key partner to Platform Partner Syndicates, navigating Lloyd’s, FCA and PRA requirements within Apollo’s governance framework. You’ll advise leadership, manage regulatory relationships and support governance across multiple syndicates.

With a focus on risk, compliance monitoring, and training, you’ll help embed a strong culture of compliance while collaborating with stakeholder teams across underwriters, operations and governance forums.
