Co-Head, Real Estate Credit Risk – Growth, AI & Equity

OakNorth in London seeks a Co-Head of Credit Risk – Real Estate to lead real estate credit across our lending platforms and shape portfolio risk as we grow internationally. You will sanction complex CRE transactions, collaborate with Debt Finance Originators, and drive independent credit judgement through Credit Risk Committee leadership.

You will guide deal structures, leverage, and downside risk while building a strong Real Estate Credit Risk team.
