Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in a busy electrical and furniture retail environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and helping customers find the right electrical appliances, furniture, and home products to suit their needs and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales, customer satisfaction, and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome customers into the store and provide a friendly, professional service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable electrical appliances, furniture, and home products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Product Knowledge

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the stores product range, including televisions, kitchen appliances, home electronics, sofas, beds, dining furniture, and other household products.
• Keep up to date with new products, promotions, pricing, warranties, and finance options where applicable.
• Provide accurate information regarding product availability, delivery options, installation services, and after-sales support.
