Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) invites an experienced Kitchen Team Leader to guide our busy kitchen operations at the Manchester Trafford Centre. You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager, lead chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring every burger meets GBK’s high standards for taste and presentation.
You will manage stock, orders, and rota planning while upholding top food hygiene and safety standards. A passion for gourmet burgers and strong leadership are essential to excel in this role.
