Barista Maestro & Team Leader — Inspire & Train Coffee Pros

Costa Coffee in Alnwick is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support a busy shift. You will play a key role in training new Baristas and maintaining high standards of service and coffee excellence across all hours.

With 15 contracted hours per week and permanent status, you’ll join a team that values reliability, communication and a calm, confident leadership approach. Training provided and onsite parking available at NEXT, Willowburn Retail Park.
