As the business continues to develop, they are looking to appoint a Finance Manager/Company Accountant to support financial operations, enhance internal controls, and contribute to the ongoing development of the finance function.
About you
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience
Broad accounting experience across operational and technical activities
Experience establishing or maintaining internal controls
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
What you’ll do
Oversee day-to-day accounting, including AP, AR, and financial reporting
Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures
Assist with monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Liaise with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing
Complete account reconciliations and support audit activities
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
