Deputy Safeguarding Lead for Secondary School

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a Bolton secondary school to recruit a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. The post involves supporting safeguarding across the school, working with the DSL and pastoral team, and contributing to behaviour management and pupil welfare.

The successful candidate will have school-based safeguarding experience and the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally, maintaining confidentiality and promoting a safe learning environment.
