Join a leading property management team overseeing large developments/new-build schemes. You’ll be the key point of contact for residents and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across your portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Day-to-day property management of a new build development
• Budgeting & service charge oversight

Requirements:

• Experience in leasehold property/block management
• Strong experience of m&e plant rooms & buildings over 18m
• Strong financial and compliance skills
• ATPI qualification (or working towards) preferred
