• Lead and develop SHEQ strategy, policies, and procedures across the business.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with CDM 2015, HSE requirements and company procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, environmental performance, and quality.
• Work closely with the Operations & Contracts Director and Regional Managers to embed consistent SHEQ standards across all regions.

Site Compliance & Quality

• Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews across roofing, cladding, rainscreen and fire remediation projects.
• Manage quality assurance processes from pre-start through to project handover.
• Ensure compliance with British Standards, Building Regulations, PAS 9980, BS 8414 and relevant industry guidance.
• Support project teams with risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work. xwwtmva
