Overview
As Care Professional Lead, you connect Care Professionals, clients, and the office team to ensure tailored, high-quality home care. You mentor and develop staff, monitor care quality, and drive improvements while building strong relationships with families and the care team. You uphold Home Instead’s standards and best practices in a fast-paced, compassionate environment. This role offers meaningful impact through supporting staff development and client wellbeing.

Responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and develop Care Professionals
- Ensure care plans are understood and followed to meet client needs
- Monitor care quality and implement improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families and the care team
- Promote best practice and uphold high standards
Key requirements
- Compassionate, confident, and committed to exceptional care
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Experience in the care sector with personal care duties
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of health and social care legislation and best practice
- Experience with care management technology and supporting others with it
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport
