An Chief Commercial Officer position is available with our airline client.
Our client is a leading airline in the Baltic States, connecting the region with destinations across Europe and beyond.
The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy that maximizes total company profitability across the scheduled and ACMI businesses. The Chief Commercial Officer will lead the transformation of the scheduled network toward higher unit revenue and profitability, oversee the resizing and of the ACMI portfolio, and drive the digitalisation of distribution, retailing, sales management and ancillary revenue capabilities. The Chief Commercial Officer owns brand, marketing, product, and airline partnerships, and is a key architect of the airline's overall commercial transformation agenda.

Role Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the EU
- 10-15 years commercial leadership within airline or broader travel / aviation industry
- Degree qualified – Ideally experienced within ACMI, Wet lease or Charter operations
