Independent Reviewing Officer – Safeguarding & QA (Hybrid)

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer to join its Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Service on a 10-week fixed-term assignment. The role centers on chairing reviews for Children Looked After and monitoring care planning with the child’s voice at the core.

The role requires a recognised social work qualification, current registration with Social Work England, and substantial Children’s Services experience.
