Job Title: Powder Coat Sprayer

Location: Huddersfield

Pay: £13.50

Stafflex are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater to join a large sheet metal company based in Huddersfield. This role is a temp – perm opportunity and would be ideal for someone who has past experience doing powder coating or similar.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare sheet metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, degreasing, masking, and surface preparation.

• Operate powder-coating spray guns and associated equipment.

• Confidently follow job cards to ensure the correct powder coating is used
• Quality checking and completing any touch up’s required
• Load and unload products safely onto coating lines, racks, or trolleys

Skills/ Experience

• Previous experience in powder coating, preferably within a sheet-metal or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand job cards/ basic level of interpreting engineering drawings
• Good eye for detail

Hours

Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:45pm
