Overhead Crane Operator

he Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Overhead Crane Operator for our valued client based in Wolverhampton.

Working Hours: 3 Rotating Weekly Shifts: 5:45-14:00; 13:45-22:00 and 21:45-06:00

Pay rate: £14.00 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating an overhead crane safely and efficiently as part of daily duties
• Operating a variety of production and manufacturing machinery
• Hand bundling and packaging finished products to customer specifications
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Loading and unloading materials safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting other departments when required

Requirements:

• Valid Overhead Crane Licence/Certificate (essential)
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is desirable
• Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively
