Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a Damp & Mould Supervisor to lead a busy social housing repairs team in North London. The role covers damp and mould remediation, Healthy Homes repairs, and building maintenance across a large housing portfolio, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will manage inspections from initial assessment through to completion, coordinating contractors and direct labour, while upholding Awaab’s Law and HHSRS standards to deliver excellent resident outcomes.
