Lead Residential Manager – Children’s Home (Disability)

Worcestershire County Council is recruiting a Registered Manager for a four-bed children’s home in Worcestershire. You will lead the service to provide high-quality care and ensure regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.

You will inherit an established team, support recruitment, staff development and foster a child-centred culture where young people can thrive. A Level 5 qualification is expected, with hybrid working available.
