Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House (FOH) Server to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks while maintaining high service standards.
• Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Set up and clear tables promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
