Offshore, located on the seafront of Lytham St Annes, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences. You will lead a team, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and maintain a welcoming home-from-home atmosphere for guests.

You will work closely with the General Manager, overseeing shifts, stock, and supplier relations, and you may be involved in sleepovers and guest communications.
