Head of Technical, Food Safety & Quality

True North Talent Limited is seeking a Head of Technical for the Teesside site to lead the technical function across a busy fresh food production operation. You will set strategic direction for food safety, quality, legality and continuous improvement, interfacing with Operations, NPD, Commercial and Supply Chain.

The role requires a proven track record in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and extensive experience with BRCGS standards, HACCP and audits.
