As a Biomedical Scientist in our Blood Sciences team, you will ensure accurate, timely diagnostic services that support patient care across the hospital. You will work within a specialist, collaborative lab environment to deliver high-quality results and maintain compliance with rigorous standards. You will handle routine and specialist techniques and interpret blood film morphology to inform patient management. Responsibilities

• Undertake routine and specialist laboratory techniques in accordance with departmental SOPs
• Perform diagnostic testing within Haematology and Blood Transfusion services
• Review and interpret blood film morphology to support diagnosis and patient management
• Maintain compliance with ISO 15189:2022 standards and quality management requirements
