Senior Residential Child Care Lead – Safeguarding & Growth

Lancashire County Council is expanding its Residential Service with a new home in Morecambe and Lancaster, seeking passionate individuals to join as Senior Residential Child Care Workers. The role supports children in care, develops safe and nurturing environments, and emphasizes positive, lifelong relationships with the young people.

The position is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) with enhancements for shift work, weekends, and sleep-ins.
