Night Residential Child Care Worker: Support & Safeguard

Lancashire County Council’s Children’s Residential Service is expanding, offering night residential care roles across North Lancashire. You will work in homes in Lancaster and surrounding areas, supporting children and young people who cannot live with their families.

Night staff listen, engage in 1:1 work around feelings and behaviours, and coordinate with social workers, schools, police, and health professionals to ensure needs are met.
