Resident Engagement & Activities Lead

Claybourne care home in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design, plan and deliver a varied programme of activities for residents. You will work with colleagues, families and volunteers to promote social, physical and emotional wellbeing, helping residents stay connected and engaged throughout each day.
