Assistant Site Manager – High-Volume New Build Housing

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a 2-5 bed new build housing development in Withernsea (HU19). You will join a well-known, 5-star house-builder delivering timber frame and traditional homes on a busy site.

The temporary role starts 28/09/2026 and requires solid site leadership on volume builds, with a focus on health & safety, quality and customer care. 3+ years on similar sites and up-to-date SMSTS/First Aid/CSCS are essential.
