Global Head of Total Rewards & Benefits

Volta seeks a Head of Total Rewards to build and own the global reward framework as we scale. You will shape compensation, equity and benefits, partnering with Finance and the Executive Team to ensure governance, cost control and competitive pay structures across markets.

This hands-on role will drive salary benchmarking, benefit design, and equity policies while maintaining alignment with Volta’s multi-country employment model and strategic growth goals.
