EMEA Total Rewards Strategist

Genesys is seeking a Regional Total Rewards Partner to serve as a regional Total Rewards expert for the EMEA region. You will collaborate with HR leaders, Payroll, Finance, and external consultants to deliver competitive compensation and benefits programs while aligning with local regulations and business needs.

In this role, you will lead compensation and benefits governance, provide market intelligence, and drive regional implementation of Total Rewards initiatives.
