Emergency Dept Lead Nurse: Junior Sister/Charge

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for an experienced senior nurse to support the Emergency Department leadership team. The post holder will supervise care delivery, teach and supervise staff, oversee shift operations, and ensure patients are assessed, treated, discharged or transferred within the four-hour standard.

They will deputise for the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse when required and promote high-quality patient care.
