Driver Training & Recruitment Specialist

First Bus is seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to develop and coach trainee drivers across West Yorkshire. You will deliver Category D licence acquisition training, prepare candidates for DVSA Module 3 tests and provide ongoing coaching to ensure operational readiness.

The role requires a PCV Category D licence, a current Driver CPC, and a proven track record in bus driver training. Flexibility to travel and work across West Yorkshire is essential, with shifts to support training needs.
