Driver Training & Recruitment Specialist

First Bus is seeking a Recruitment and Training Officer to lead driver training across West Yorkshire, from initial lessons to licence acquisition. The role involves coaching trainee drivers, coordinating with depot managers, and upholding safety and service standards.

You will deliver Driver CPC modules, remediation coaching and support local recruitment activities while promoting a positive learner experience and professional driving excellence.
