Facilities Manager – Multisite Ops & Compliance

IWFM is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities services at a Bolton portfolio. You will manage both hard and soft services, ensuring compliance, maintaining strong tenant relationships and delivering high service standards.

In this role you will coordinate maintenance activities, monitor contractor performance, produce regular reports, and drive health and safety initiatives across the portfolio.
