Customer Experience Pro – Retail Banking (Paignton)

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Paignton Branch. You will be the friendly face and voice, handling in-branch and telephony interactions, supporting customers with transactions, technology help, and fraud protection.

The role requires adaptability in a multi-skilled environment and a customer-centric mindset. You will join a close-knit team on a 35-hour week rota (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm).
