Ipsum is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Business Partner to join our Power division. This home-based role requires regular travel to our northern locations, balancing hands-on HR delivery with strategic, data-led insights to support leadership teams and drive performance.
You will own the full employee lifecycle, influence workforce effectiveness, and help lead acquisitions and TUPE activity. CIPD Level 5 and strong employment law knowledge are essential for success.
